How to wash a stuffed animal by hand
Step 1: Soak in cold water
Fill a bucket or sink with enough cold water to submerge the plushie.
Step 2: Add detergent (no bleach!)
Add a small amount of mild or gentle detergent to the water.
Step 3: Hand wash
Gently squeeze the plushie to saturate it with detergent. Don’t scrub too hard since plushies may have loose strings, embroidery details, or worn fabric.
Step 4: Rinse
Refill the bucket or sink with clean, cold water, or hold the plushie under cold running water and squeeze it gently to rinse the detergent, avoiding wringing.
Step 5: Air dry
You’ll want to air dry the plushie, but to help remove moisture, you can roll it in a clean, dry towel first.

PROCESSING/HANDLING:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. See below:
- READY TO SHIP items, we typically process and ship out orders within 2 - 5 business days after a purchase is made.
- MADE TO ORDER or PRE-ORDER items, it can take anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks to make, process, and ship out your order. Please reference the individual item listing for the most accurate processing time for Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items.
- CUSTOM ORDER item production/processing time will vary by the custom request we discuss in email correspondence. The time it takes to design, make, and create a custom item will be listed in the item description when purchasing the item.
SHIPPING:
We use USPS First-Class shipping and USPS International First-Class shipping. On average, USPS First Class delivery time can range between 3 - 6 business days in the United States, and for international orders, it can be anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks before an item is delivered. As these are average, sometimes items may arrive sooner or may arrive later during busy periods, such as holidays, or environmental factors, like major storms, disrupting deliveries from mail carriers.
Please note the shipping time excludes any processing/handling times. Product processing/handling times vary by item, such as Ready to Ship, Made to Order, or Pre-order see the Processing/Handling section above for processing timeframe information.
We recommend ordering physical items before December 9th in United States and November 15th for international countries, if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.
Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimated due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
Shipping Delays
Please note that mother nature, weather, pandemics (such as COVID-19), or other major conditions can potentially delay items I ship out in the mail. I do not have any control over delays once I give the post office the shipping package.
Lost Items
If a package is lost in the mail, I am not responsible. I will do my best to help track your item and go over the steps to notify USPS of missing/lost packages.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. I am not responsible for items returned to me if your address is not valid or sent to the wrong address. If the item is returned to me due to a wrong or invalid address, I will notify you by email and request a valid address and payment for the reshipment of the purchase. If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will only refund you back 80% of the purchase price (20% restocking fee) and I will NOT refund the shipping cost.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
