Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
I DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges except for certain situations, such as damage or faulty item.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Digital downloads
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- We cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items, or gift cards.
Conditions of return
After contacting us at sewcraftnbead@gmail.com and we have agreed to accept your return, then we will email you a return shipping label within 2 - 3 business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. After receiving your return, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sewcraftnbead@gmail.com.

Cancellations:
I only accept cancellations if you email me before I ship your purchase. Once an item has been shipped, I do not accept cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
